The switch is manufactured by the Swiss company ELMA (www.elma.com). It's
the 07R series and the order no. is 07-1133. There are several branch
offices in USA (I suppose that's your home country). For details please look
at the ELMA website.
In any case you can get the part also from our Analogue Haven but I'm not
sure if they have it in stock.
