Before we continue I ask you to take a look at the A-149-1 user's manual. I
want to make sure that it's indeed a fault but not only an operating error.
E.g. a clock signal is required (not only a CV).
If the module is indeed faulty you may order a new PIC from the Doepfer
representative in your country. From your message I cannot see your home
country. For details please refer to our website: www.doepfer.com > DEALERS
But I cannot guarantee that a new PIC will solve the problem. Maybe you have
to send in the module for repair.
