Watching the way the sequencer is jumping around the steps rather than
going round sequentially can be done by clocking a A155 with a VC AD
envelope like A149-1.
An EG's that can cycle as an LFO, I use an A143-1
An EG
A basic sequencer - I use either an Analogue Solutions SQ8 or A155
VCA
VCO
LFO or two - I use the 143-1 in this patch for all these duties
Filter if desired
Set a basic 8 note sequence and feed the CV into VCO-VCF-VCA chain
Gate from Squ to EG, EG to VCA
Clock the Sequence with a standard LFO square and it cycles 1-8 (or the
comparator out on the 143-1
Clock the Sequence from an AD envelope in cycle mode and the rate and
pattern are changed by the AD controls.
You get double notes and all sorts of nice patterns.
You can get similar results clock a sequence with a triangle or sine but
you have less control.
The sound file is the basic sequence using the comparator to clock it, I
then use the env out. Nothing else is touched. I add a touch of Z5000
later.
I then add an LFO square to the M15 to add a transpose.
The beating is an LFO into the 2nd CV on the VCA and a quick switch from
med to fast for a metalic sound .
The AD clock to the sequence is the fun part.

Subject: 1 nesting loops
i watched a very nice video from ezra buchla:
http://www.youtube.com/watch v=Y5NADtAQ53M
i imagine that someone can archive a similar effect using an a152 and
some
more modules.
maybe more 2 lfos controlling and changing steps, and some dividers for
subdivisions.
which modules should i check for try something like this
thanks in advance
igor
