I'd like to play DarkEngergy via my MS20 so I made a cable like this: http://www.doepfer.de/faq/gen_faq.htm#S-Trig

On the test, when I connect: external SEQ Gate -> MS20 Trigger-IN, the gate signal triggers correctly (was inverted with a normal cable). But if I connect MS20 Trigger-OUT -> DE's Gate IN, no signal is coming from the cable I made.

Can somebody suggest if I am likely wrongly made the cable or, I need a different wiring scheme in the sleeve, and if latter how
