To speak the truth I'm not the A-190-1 specialist (I prefer the simple
interfaces A-190-2/3). Please contact our A-190-1 specialist Matthias Marass
(keyboards(at)doepfer(dot)de). He is responsible to the final test and
service of the A-190-1. My only idea is that one has to turn "on" the
portamento function before the portamento time can be adjusted (see page 18
of the A-190-1 user's manual).
