well, this clearly shows that not many people want such a module... :-(
but, anyway, i do hope some euromodule manufacturer will build this module...
one thing i do not like about the Buchla, is its 'elitistic' approach, of not being able to talk well to other modulars, and i really would want it to be compatible with all the other modular machines....
(btw, today i used a Serge vca and an Analogue Systems vca to 'gate' the sound of my Buchla verbos 258v oscillators. it worked just fine...!
only a small attenuation was needed to lower the peak voltage of the Buchla envelopes (of 281e), so they can work fine with the Serge vca.(which obviously needs less that 10 volts to fully open...).
anyway, back to the poll: if only would Doepfer produce such a converter module.... (wishful thinking i know...)...

Subject: 1 Poll results for Doepfer_a100
The following Doepfer_a100 poll is now closed. Here are the
final results:
POLL QUESTION: Would you want Doepfer to produce a 1volt/oct to 1.2volts/oct (Buchla standard) converter module
[in detail: that would transform a standard 1volt/oct cv/gate signal (coming from any midi to cv interface, or a cv/gate keyboard) to a Buchla type cv/gate signal.
meaning: a 1volt/oct output to a 1.2volts/oct output and a simple 5-10volts gate to the special combined trigger+gate Buchla type signal.
that would allow you to control your Buchla via any simple midi to cv interface, or any standard, old or new, cv/gate keyboard.
it would be a Dual converter, in a cheap 4HP module]
