hello, newb here, I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question

I've owned a dark energy for a while and recently purchased a dark time. I seem to be having a problem with the sequencer.

Out of the box when all steps are set to on/cont. (on the 16 step sequence) the 12th step goes back to 1 and begins again. In other words, its as if the 12th step is set to on/jump. The only way to get the sequencer to go through the sequence 1-16 is to set the 16th and a step before the 12th step to jump, then it runs through.

Is this normal I didn't think so and had a replacement sent out and that unit is doing the same thing, so now I'm wondering if I'm missing something.

Any help would be appreciated!
