I tried to cut mine with a wire snip but they pulled right out of the
PCB instead.
I thought it would be a minor hassle having to patch the A190 to the
A185 so often, but this way you have a way to modify the pitch CV
before it's fed to the bus - for example, by patching it through a
slew limiter, or through a mixer so you can add LFO or a pitch
envelope. That's very clean and convenient compared to MULT'ing those
to all the VCOs. I do that sort of stuff often enough that now I
prefer the A190 -> A185 setup to the A190 hardwired bus connection.
