I thought one needed a A-185-1 for every two oscillators because on the Doepfer site it says "
In general the A-185 is recommended as soon as more than 2 VCO's (A-110, A-111) are controlled by the same control voltage source." But I must have misunderstand that remark. So I save €50.

You only need to add an A-185-1 in one row of the second case, then use a little wire from Doepfer inside the case to connect the two bus boards. (This is assuming you want to send the same CV and gate signals to both rows of the second case.)
