thanks for your help. I gave found the jumper now. It seems to have been fitted correctly, however I have removed and then reset it, just in case. I am still baffled as to how my A-110's can develop a 5th note offset completely on their own. Maybe this is a case of the "ghost in the machine"
Who knows. They sound good though, when they are not misbehaving!
