The attack time cannot be calibrated. The three ranges are realized by
switching the main capacitor (100nF/2.2uF/100uF). One buys the long decay
and release time (up to 5 minutes and more) by the longer attack time
because the charging current of the capacitor (100uF for the high range) is
limited by a serial resistor (R9/2k2). But you may reduce the value of R9 to
obtain a shorter attack even in the high range. R9 is the 2k2 resistor
located between the attack and decay potentiometer near the front panel. You
find R9 also on the silkscreen overlay of the A-143-2 on our A-100 DIY page
in the separate document "Timing capacitors of A-100 modules".
