I have done this to a few of my Doepfer and a bunch of ones from other makers. It is easy to do on any modules that have normalizing jacks. All the Cliff style jacks used by Doepfer have normalizing contact but on many these are shorted to the pin they normalize to son some trace cutting may be needed. On some other makers modules, you may have to exchange jacks to ones with normalization. I have some AS modules and on those I was forced to make connections straight to the power bus not using the 16-pin ribbon, because they have power ribbon converters on them. I just wired to some standard 2-position jumper shunts and plugged them into the 2 pins on the power buss.
I am surprised by how little this bus is used by makers. Almost every module that Synthwerks makes that produce a CV or a Gate can connect to this bus. I have an A-185 Bus Access module in every cabinet I have that has VCOs or EGs in them.
