Each sub-unit has only one VCA with amplification range 0-2 available. The polarizing function is simply realized by adding the
inverted signal to the VCA output, i.e. output = -input + v*input with v = 0-2 (VCA).
As we are about to redesign the A-133 with modern VCAs (2164). I will see which of the additional features will be included. We also
think about other function combos instead of dual modules (e.g. combo modules instead of dual ring modulator A-114, dual S&H A-148,
dual VC polarizer A-133, dual VC switch A-131 and so on ...). For some of these modules the dual function is not always meaningful
and other combos may make more sense. But before we begin this we have to finish the announced new modules.
Best wishes
