Hi Jase!
> Hi, just bought a Doepfer bs2 system, i've been playing with soft synths for a couple of years but to be fair just tweaked pre-made patches really.. Is there anywhere or does anyone have any patch sheets i can make on a bs2 system I know its good to experiment but a bit of guidance would be nice as a start off.. I have downloaded the user manual and found a few in there.. Any help/advice would be very grateful.. Manny thanks Jase
The user manual is indeed a great place to start! Most of the modules in the BS2 system are pretty standard, being similar to what's available on other monosynths, both modular and hardwired. You can use this to your advantage by reading guides intended for other synths and applying that advice to the A-100.
For example, these old books by Roland show you how to wire up some nice patches on their System 700 modular, but a lot of their examples are pretty straightforward to patch up on the A-100:

Similarly, this guide to the Nord Modular can largely be applied to the A-100 too:

I'd also thoroughly recommend Synth Secrets:

You can also try recreating the patches on your softsynths, on the A-100.
Good luck!
Zoë.
