The manual I got with the Basis System 2 also did not have a page for that filter.
There is not much to know though.
Plug something into the audio input (and turn the level up) and then take the output from one of the jacks on the right side.
A is All Pass
H is High Pass
B is Band Pass
N is Notch
L is Low Pass
The number is the number of poles
4 = 4 pole = 24db/octave
2 = 2 poles = 12db/octave
FCV1 is control voltage that controls the Cutoff frequency. Patch in the output of an envelope generator or any other control voltage source.
FCV2 also controls the cutoff frequency but has the attenuator knob beside it so you can control how much.
QCV controls the resonance (Q, emphasis)
and the switch at the bottom just toggles between filter types on each of the output jacks eg: the bottom jack is either 1 pole low pass or if the switch is to the right it's 2pole low pass.
That's about it. Go crazy.
