Hi people,
I’m struggling to get my head around this module. I thought I understood it until I used it as the slew part of the ‘Fluctuating Random Voltages’ patch, instead of an A-171-1. The thing is I assumed that the CV attenuators would work in the following fashion:
0 to +5 = Add incoming CV to the manual slope up/down time, so that if the manual control is at 0 and the attenuator for CV is turned up to +5, then the incoming CV would increasingly smooth out / slew the signal. This would affect both up and down times if patched into the up input as they are normalised. However, what I am finding is the reverse; when I set the manual control at 0, setting the attenuators in the positive range does nothing. It is only when they get turned anti-clockwise they begin to affect the slew.
Am I doing something wrong here In this instance I just want to use the model as a VC Slew, with a common control voltage for the up/down time. Should I be in the exp mode to use it like this
Please help, I’m very confused…
