First of all reset the unit (INITIALIZE). Details on page 15 of the user's manual.
Then adjust the SCALE parameters (coarse/fine) until the 1V/oct scaling is OK (i.e. octave jumps on your keyboard result in octave
jumps of the VCO connected to the A-190-4 CV1). Details on page 11 of the user's manual. The absolute tuning does not matter at this
point. Just the scaling has to be correct.
Then adjust the voltage offset TUNE, e.g. to 0V for the reference note (page 12). Do not forget to store the new settings (page 15).
Otherwise the old (wrong) settings are called up after power on.
