Yes, this circuit should work. But I'd reduce the value of the potentiometers a bit (e.g. 10k) to obtain a more linear control
behaviour. A 100k potentiometer with a 100k load (typical load value) has a very non-linear control scale. With a 10k pot that's
much better. Of course the best solution would be a buffer for each potentiometer output but that's probably a bit over the top.
