The first A-157 modules are shipped with the very first version of the firmware. Please report any bugs and/or improvements directly
to Christian Assall (
software@...
). It is possible to update the A-157 firmware via USB. Christian will be able to tell you
details.
I think the problem has to do with the basic question what a reset signal should do:
a) immediate jump to step 1 (or first step if it is not step 1)
b) "prepare" the reset which is carried out when the next clock signal appears
I remember that we had the discussion already when the A-154 was designed about 12 years ago. In case a) the next clock causes an
advance to step 2. In case b) the next incoming clock pulse causes an advance to step 1.
