That's an obviously wrong wired module ! The red stripe of the ribbon cable connecting the trigger and potentiometer boards to the control board should be the other way round. It has no effect until the A-155 module is running alone (without A-154). But if A-155 and A-154 are connected as prescribed (red wire = red wire) the connection is wrong and the module(s) may be damaged. I'm very sorry about this issue and will instruct our manufacturer to pay attention to the correct position of the red stripe. Please return the module for a new one (or refund) to Thomann. To be on the safe side please return also the A-154. Maybe it has been damaged also.
For all members: please check if the cable orientation is correct (i.e. not as in the pictures below). We will offer a free replacement for all modules wired in the wrong way.
Note: it causes a problem only if the A-155 is connected to an A-154. As long as the A-155 runs alone no problems will occur.

I think it's broken.
All leds flashed.
It worked until the a154 came in.
I connected everything with red lines like the a155 was connected, this resulted in damage.
