Hello Michael,
I'm sorry about the problems with the module.
Please check if the jumper that connects the CV out to the bus is removed
(to eliminate a problem caused by another CV transmitter on the same bus
board).
If that's fine I assume that the fault is caused by be a broken glide
potentiometer (or broken wire) and I ask you to return the module to Thomann
for repair.
