Ther are ar least two linear to expo converters in Euro rack that I know of, and if I am not mistaken there is also one in the Disting 4!
Harvestman (now known as IME) do the English Tear (weird name) which coincidentally was designed to interface MS20s and other Hz/v synths to modular, and Ladik also have one in their catalogue - U201, well documented on the website ladik.eu
Hope that helps you solve the issue.

Of course, it cannot be used to drive eurorack VCO’s 1V/Oct input (exponential), since it delivers Hz/V (linear) and I didn’t find a reliable eurorack module for this job.
