Hello.
I just realized that neither of the note priority modes of A-190-4 (highest note nor last note) is what I'm used to with some other synths in their legato mode.
Or maybe it's more precise to say that the last note priority doesn't work as I expect it to work. I expect it to resume the previous note if it's still held down when releasing the newer note.
The highest note mode works like this: if I press down C and then D, the D will sound until I release it. After releasing it C will continue to sound.
But in the last note mode, when I release a note, the synth goes silent, even if I'm still holding down a previous note. I fail to see the use of this behaviour.
Currently there is no way to press down C, then Bb below it, and after releasing Bb the C would continue sounding.
It would be nice to either make the last note priority mode provide a proper legato or then add it as a third mode.
The document doesn't mention upgrading firmware, so if it's impossible to upgrade, then it doesn't really help me to even request new features, does it :) If it's impossible to get a fix, I guess I'll have to find a software solution (midi effect) for this. Or can I perhaps somehow get improved software to my unit
