hello florian and list -
when i made my inital response to this, i completely forgot about the
theremin controllers ! these are quite a lot of fun. i used them last spring
at a friends retreat camp for a simple performance of electro-noise and they
worked very well, plus there is the "gee whiz" factor - despite the fact that
theremins have been around since the 20`s, everyone seemed to think that
playing by hand waving was quite "new" and "novel" ! anyway, they work and
are fun !
anyone tried using them with long wire antenna`s crossing a stage / space
to create an "enviroment" / "installation" might be worth looking
into..........
