Hi Bakis and Mr.Doepfer,
Since your are planning new features and it looks like the A154 will
be redesigned. I would like to remind you of this feature i wrote
about in a prior post.

I was thinking some more about the resync feature, here's an new idea.
if the A154 is is 2 x 8 mode, the toggle would behave like this,
Up position; stops the clock from sending a clock pulse to the A155
middle position; sends the clock pulse to the A155 without positional
sync to the A155
Momentary bottom position; you hold the toggle down, the A154 waits
until the last step, i.e. the 8th step comes around from the other
A155 or from its own counter and unlatches the momentary switch and
syncs to the 1st step. so if you want to throw the sync off you just
throw the toggle up to the off for however long you need to offset
the from the other A155 and back to the middle position to send the
clock pulse back in.
now when you have both of the A155's in 2 x 8 mode the clock pulse
would need a counter for this function alone.
once you go to 1 x16 mode the togggle switch become inactive or you
could use them for another function like a first step toggle and a
last step toggle, just as you would on the MAQ16/3. now this would be
mucho cool. this will definitely bring the A154 & A155 combo to new
analogue sequencing heights. these are very strong sync features that
would add greater interactivity to the A155's.
What do you think Should we do a poll about the sync options
