I was certainly one of the ones that voted FOR the
Mini-Schaltwerk! And if I can't have a mini version, heck I'll just
have to save up for the big one! :-D

True, in one poll where the question was worded along the lines of
"which modules should be completed next " the Mini-schaltwerk was
lower in the ranks. However, in the poll where the question was posed
separately as to whether Doepfer *should* release a SHALTWERK-LIKE
trigger sequencer, the response was +80% in favor.

Either way, having not had the pleasure to actually use a Schaltwerk,
I don't really know if it would operate similar to an SH-101 (a quick,
easy to use sequencer recorder). Certainly, if that is how the
original Schaltwerk works (only with 8 tracks instead of 1), then I
would consider it to be a great unit to own at either size! Just an
idea.
