Or, as in my case, the CV1 input need it's jack socket cleaned.
I had the same problem, and discovered that when I plugged a cable
into CV1, and then removed the cable, the problem disappeared...
until the next time. I simply took the module out, cleaned and
adjusted the socket, and all is well.
