Not at all. The Museum studio is still Martin's pet project. Not many
people realise it but Martin works in the City of London as a trader for
an international bank (probably explains how he managed to finance his
studio).
The reason Martin gave for selling the Phoenix was to pay for something
bigger, although I don't think anything came of it (not yet anyway).
