It looks pretty good! My idea was to combine the toggle/gate functions
i.e. the toggle and gate switches are wired as two way or XOR. That
way, you would only have two outputs, either of which could be toggle,
gate, or both (reversing).
The toggle should definitely be a standard A100 toggle switch rather
than a pushbutton in my opinion.
The variable output(s) should have a normalled input jack like the
bottom row of A155 knobs, so it could also function as a switch. This
would be more practical in terms of space if the toggle/gate functions
were combined, only requiring two output jacks.
