Modcan has a very good flanger, it is a voltage controllable bbd
device, which has the shortest delay of 180 microseconds. You can do
Karplus Strong synthesis and it can track 4 to 5 octaves from it's
1v/oct cv input. Here is the url;

Very powerful stuff, I have used one and it's definetely on the to-
buy list. It varies in sound depending on the use, it can go from
lush to grime.
