i know, seems surprising to me too. i use my a177 all the time and not jus=
t for
changing mixturs on the a113. in fact, i use it more than i use the 198 ri=
bbon
or a178 theremin, and if using the a198 or a178, the gate pedals are always=
in use. i find it much easier to play note on-off w a pedal than w the tri=
cky
pressure gate on the 198 ( mine requires a bionic finger to push it hard
enough) or the dodgy response of the theremin gate. and with all the hoopl=
a
about a manual gate being so important.. hellooo, the a177 has 2 of them.
