On an analog or digital delay you can pitch shift the regenerated
signal by adjusting the delay time. It seems to me that an analog
pitch shifter could be created by using some BBDs. It would very
similar to an analog delay except there would be no signal
regeneration. It would be just as easy to create a voltage
controlled digital delay/pitch shifter. Boss has guitar pedals that
do this and the older BOSS-RPS10 was a fantastic Digital Delay/Pitch
Shifter with a 0-5v CV on the back!
