hi julian, very interesting i was looking at CGS too, they seem to be
able to work on 12v, the Oakley modules should work on the 12v supply
i think. i asked Tony at Oakley which modules would work on 12v and
these were on his list, his phaser is already used in the Analogue
Systems modular. i suppose that there may be different signal levels
anyway this is not so important to me, if something i make actually
works at all i'm chuffed; if it deviates from certain parameters of
the 15v version so be it.
i shall certainly have a look at schaeffers software and play around
a bit - see if i get some ideas.
i have at the moment two 6u units of doepfer, and a few old roland
synths etc which are compatable with the doepfer. in terms of diy i
have a few badly produced carboot fails (i found an old radio which
is now a module, a broken kiddies drum machine too, ex school
oscilloscope, and, amazingly, a lie detector - i did try using an x-
ray machine once but it was too far gone!)
my diy skills are ok but my technical understanding of electronics is
poor, i tend to rely on bought or found circuits.
see you later
