the blacet module cv's usually have ranges of 0 volts to +10 volts,
or -5 to +5 volts, or -10 to +10 volts, depending on the module.
sometimes you can't handle the blacet cv range with doepfer modules.
this doesn't matter on vco's and filters, but it will have
an effect on vca's (described above) and several cv-parameters,
for example on the blacet vc envelope generator.
sometimes i use an a133 polarizer to tweak the cv level.
it's a common problem that sometimes different modulars
have different cv-levels, but thats nothing which can't be
solved with careful patching and by using some utility-modules
like a133. if you are in doubt, you can also ask john blacet,
he is a very friendly and helpful guy, just like dieter doepfer.
and as i said, some blacet modules can be modified to have
the doepfer range of +5 volts.
