I also use the A199 and like it.

Worth a look also is the Vermona unit which is a spring reverb with
built in filter. Sound nice and has CV and trigger inputs

outsideof the doepfer cabinets and now they sound
fne.the hum is much lowerthat uitused to be.so,i
totally recommend the a199!i also have a spring reverb
in my dynacord tape echo, but i mostly use the a199's!
