yes, thats right and actually doepfer is the proof that even
standards like filters can be enhanced in a way never done before.
for me buchla is some sort of mad scientist. he is a genius.
and he doesn't look at the mass market, which is probably
the reason why his modular is so expensive. his ideas
are exceptional and he is an inspiration for all others
(looking at the 258, 259 and 266). but it is not only buchla
who pushes the envelope further. there are quite a few names
which come into my mind when thinking of innovators.
but buchla is one of the most glittering.
