I'm considering buying a modular system, and I'm kinda
curious to see what folks out there are using.

Did anyone buy any of the basic A100 systems

A100 Basic System 1
A100 Basic System 2
A100 Basic System 2 w/MIDI

The Doepfer page says that a good way to start is to
buy a basic system, and then buy more modules when you're
familiar with how it all works. Sounds good to me , but
is this what most of you guys did ... or ... did you
build custom systems from the start

Anyways ..., are there any good books/and or tutorials to
read on modular synthesis I'm a newbie so I good use
any advice at this point.
