You bring up another point, that being styles.
I too, prefer to focus exclusively on self playing
patches and such. I would love to see more discussion
surrounding musical ideas and such.
Personally, I like arhythmic/atonal structures, (bug
music, I gather) mostly from analog sources. Hopefully
not going too far off topic, my current experiments
have me loading a Kyma multisampler prototype full of
analog samples of varying length, and using a Wiard
Wogglebug to both select, and control the samples. A
random output from a Doepfer noise source would work
nicely for this as well.
