should the pitch and modulation wheels
and/or joystick be included in the same
case with the keyboard

o wheels and/or joystick included in the same case with keyboard(Remember, in this case, the TKB case will become very thick because of the wheels/joystick depth)
o keyboard should be "naked" and wheels and/or joystick in separate box
