I tend to make acid sounds so I like distortion!!

OK, understandable. And for me my next filter suggestion would be a
Roland Sh-5 Bandpass filter module. The rest of the synth could be
considered boring but the bpf is amazing and the only reason I still
have the synth (much like my MS-20, which I might sell after getting
the A-106).
Check out Eat Static "Science of the Gods" for these type of BPF
sounds.
* But of course I realize we have a zillion filters already and I as
well would like to focus on other things such as a complex
oscillator. But it seems Dieter is good at multitasking =)
