i was thinking of bigger knobs panel (EMS Synthi A style) . master
panel aside from a modular connected to a-100 pots via bowden wire
(old car speedometers used this type of idea)
say you have a nice patch and throughout a live gig you only use 4-5
knobs to control the whole thing. i move a lot when i play too :)
...but that sounds more like a DIY project:).

a mouse would be nice (full control with buttons, scroll wheel) i'm
not sure if that requires a software to operate or a special mouse
altoegether e.g.
