I am currently using my Doepfer with a 22 space synthesizers.com system, a Korg MS setup (primarily MS-50 and SQ-10, but sometimes the MS-10 or 20 squeeze in there) and some Blacet and Paia modules.
The short answer is everything works together pretty well. The levels on the .com stuff are much higher than on the Doepfer, so I have to play around with attenuators sometimes.
Also, obviously, the Doepfer, Blacet and Paia use mini-jack whereas the .com uses 1/4" jacks (as do MOTM). It's not a big deal at all - I have a .com mini->1/4" interface module that I plug in and out of. Plus I have a whole lot of mini->1/4" converter plugs (the kind you put on the end of your headphones).
The Korg MS stuff can be a bit more of a challenge. The MS-50 accepts both hertz/volt and volt/octave inputs for the OSC, but the envelopes use inverted gates. If I need to use the MS envelopes or use the gates from the SQ-10, I run the gates through the .com Q125 module to invert and offset them by 5V. (This can also be accomplished with the inverter and voltage source on the MS-50, but it requires more patching.)
I'm actually a big fan of this mix-and-match aproach for a number of reasons. I'm really enjoying the moog-iness of the .com stuff right now, but I don't have a full system yet, so I can supplement it with Doepfer stuff. Also, Doepfer has a lot of unique modules that I'll want to keep using, no matter how big my .com stuff gets. But most significantly, I find the sound changes quite a bit with different inter-system patching. E.g. the .com and the Doepfer trans ladder filter sounds very different with an MS-50 OSC patched into it than with a Doepfer OSC.

of course all the moog stuff is working together with
the a100. virtually any analogue modular works with
the a100. some need extra care, if they don't follow
the 1v/oct standard, and some have a different voltage range
for the cv's, but basically they all work together.
