hi-
i don't have an a149-1 or 2. but the PLL is really cool. i often
insert the a136 waveshaper or the a137 wave multiplier into the loop
in different spots (befor or after the lpf, before the
complarator). or you could amplitude modulate the incoming vco
square wave (i do saw waves too, which work good, not mentioned in
the manual) for interesting effects. the a136 after the loop can
trim off some of the digital harsh top end and lead to weird sounds
too.
basically it's really crazy module. sometimes it's too
harsh/digital sounding, though.
i was hoping some of the readers here could post patch ideas/ or
sound bites using the PLL. i feel that there must be other ways
that i could be thinking about this module.

more nutty do things get if you throw in a Frequency Divider for the
PLL or the 149-2 for the 149-1
