It requires a digital LFO. Basically: stored waveforms are read by the
divided clocks.
As far as I see the A 143-1 will realize this.

I use my MIDI-CV interface for this (Harms MAC16), I think the MCV24 can
do this too. Also Kenton pro4 and others.
If this is too far away and you do not have a MIDI/CV-Interface like the
mentioned, I really recommend to replace the A145 by a A143-3. I never
have enough LFOs.
