Thanks to those who responded.
I'm pretty sure the way they have it worded is confusing, but I think
that it's a 12V +/- supply at 3.4A (!).
I went ahead and ordered one.... guess I'll find out. At that price you
can't go wrong! Looks like it has a fuse and switch already wired up as
well...
I'll let the list know once it arrives.
