Some time ago i made posts about a custom enclosure i was working on, to allow the a100 system to be more portable.
Time has moved on, and im now considering selling it.
To describe:
12u of schroff eurorack enclosure, cut down (machineist, not me) to be shallow enough to fit in an skb pop up mixer case.
deep enough to mount all doepfer modules, or so far as im aware (i have the a-112 and i suspect that may be the deepest module at the moment )
in an skb pop up mixer case (ill be selling it as a whole with this case)
power attatches at the front for ease of swapping power sources. ive used it with both a power one linear psu (the same as those used on the MOTM modulars) and, for outdoor use, a couple of sealed lead acid batteries.
The power-one linear psu and 12u of eurorack enclosure are not cheap. I think the skb cases were about £150 or £175 or somthing new - ill look this up in a moment. Like i said in my origional posts on the topic, i didnt build it to save money - i built it for its function.
An old, but quite nice photo can be seen here:

For some reason its not plugged in here. The power attatches to the XLR you can see on the botom right corner. I think there are a couple of old photos in the files section too.
Its possible i may sell two such cases, and the entire modular housed in one of them (this will be sold as individual modules, priced somewhere arround 68 - 70% of new uk price)
At the moment, im just doing my sums, but, if youre interested, nows the time to speak up.
All located in england. Happy to post at cost. Various people on this list and others will vouch for me.
Thank you for reading this far ; )
Cheers, Julian
