you are right, i apologize for the false information.
the a196 front panel is absolutely correct.
but i have a good excuse ;-)
a few days ago i discovered that the lowpass frequency
knob is still altering the signal output of the pll,
even when the phase comp output is connected directly
to the cv input of the vco part. this was surprising,
i assumed that the lowpass part would be completely
bypassed in this case. then the question about the
description of my patch examples came up. while in the
office, i checked the user manual about it and posted
my "false information". and that's the problem, the
user manual is wrong. please check section 3 (overview),
outputs 5 and 6 are swapped there (on both english and
german versions).
