hello!
>A single bucket bridge is a sample and hold stage with a bad hold value.

pitches and tones no, no
here's what i thought yesterday
///
inputs:
* record gate
* record cv/audio
* play gate
* frequency/rate cv1
knobs:
* frequency/rate
* cv1 amount
(* maybe output amplifier gain, depending on electrical properties and
design)
outputs:
* audio/cv
///
notes:
* slew limiter is used to smooth the output: time inversely proportional to
the frequency/rate
* when recording (= a record gate is received and there are bucket bridges
left to record to) the input is simply passed to the output
///
simple patch:
1 connect a-176 manual cv-source to the bbd-recorder's audio/cv-input
2 connect the output of the bbd-recorder to a filter's cv-input
3 send a gate simultaneously to sequencer start and record gate input of the
bbd-recorder
4 tweak the filter's cutoff point with a-176 while the sequence lasts
5 now move the cable from the record gate to the play gate
6 when you play the sequence again, you will hear the recorded filter cutoff
sequence
///
you can freely use my idea, just send me a free copy of the prototype then
hehehehehe
