Hi Bakis,
I think, we should think a little bit about what exactly is possible and
what we really wish.
The OctaveCat-Style Filter may sound similar to many other already
available filters (A105, A107, A109, A122, and also A120/A108). The 12dB
multi-mode filter in the Oberheim SEM-Style might be more interesting,
because it could be a good progress after the A121.
So the questions could be:
Would you buy an filter based on standard OTA-Circuits
o yes
o no
o maybe
If yes or maybe, what style would you prefer:
o 12 dB Multimode like in the Oberheim SEM /Fourvoice/Eightvoice
o 24 dB like in many Roland Synths from late 70ies and in OctaveCat
o I have to much money and also mor rackspace, I want them all ;-)
