It is quite simple:
I vote "yes", if I will buy this module when it is released (ok, if I
will have the money then...).

I vote "maybe", if I think a module may be of interest for other users,
but not for me.

I vote "no" if I think a module is senseless (not worth the money it
will cost), can be easily replaced by one or two other modules, or the
suggested version is not the one I would choose.
